I've looked into these lights and they appear to be a very good deal economically ~ $110 for the kit. These would be combined w/ HID Morette's and mounted centrally on a light bar.
I was thinking 100 watt vs 55- do you need to do anyting different w/ the setup going to 100 watt?
These would be utilized for fast gravel night runs (and critter avoidment as well).
My fog lamps are removed for brake ducting and I'd like to (if posssible) run the 1000's at the oem switch. I'd like to have them run as on/off regardless of high beam/low beam- is this possible w/ the oem switch? Also is it possible to come up w/ a plug/play setup utilzin the fog plugs on the 1000's? It appears there is enough wire to run them to the location I want.
The other lamps I was looking at was the 4000's- I'd rather go w/ a 7' lamp than a 9" if possible, so any opinions on the 1000's would be much appreciated.
Sorry for the scattered quesstions.
TIA
