today I was sitting in the parking lot w/ the engine running and the radio just went off and the ABS light came on. I turned the car off and then tried to turn it back on and it wouldn't turn over. Ended up having to get it jumped. I've started it 2x since this and it's started up without a problem. Anyone have any ideas?
I'm thinking my battery's going since I've had problems running accessories in the past. (running them for any longer than 5-10 minutes and I have to jump the car)

have the alternator and the battery checked.
Sounds like the alternator may be on its way out.

the security light now flashes when the car is off too...
i'm taking it in this week for the recall and a new clutch so ... guess I'll add this on there too. I'm sure it'd be a warranty item.

What did they ever say about the flashing security light?

noone's said anything about the flashing security light yet. I'm going to try and get it in this week, but I'm pretty busy. Does yours normally flash when your car's off?

I figured it out this morning. You have to open the door and either hold the unlock or the lock button for 2-5 seconds and it will stop flashing. Its set in valet mode. Althought I dont know exactly how that is different except if you dont drive your car for 2-3 weeks that flashing light will drain your battery and cause you car to not start so noone in a valet can steal it. Is that it? :p

eh.. so the flashing doesn't really mean anything? Just kind of a theft deterrant feature I'm assuming. I wonder why it didn't flash before the issue above.
