anyone sucessfully do a full front conversion?
I remember seeing one a while back..

That would be REALLY hard to do. Youd prob have to like cut the bumper in half, shave the cut parts down (basically take out a section from the center) and then recombine them in order to make it fit width wise. Not to mention the custom cut hood and fenders youd need to make/modify/find. Either way it would probably be VERY expensive to do.

it's been done overseas... I saw the pics, but I dunno. Probably expensive bodywork though as i don't think it'd mount as easily as the new body.

there was a subaru challange somewheres in asia and i remember seeing pics of a grey GC sporting the entire 04 sti front end.

i would assume alot of cutting and custom fab.

Just curious but why would you even do that? The GC look is by far the best looking front end, but that is just me I guess

GC's are the best lookin ones by far. wish we had some fender flairs but, ah, that can be done with just a little body work. It would help with the rubbing issue i have on my roto's.
