Well I got pulled over this morning again. The matter is very in-depth and I dont wish to discuss it here on the board.

I wish I could tell you the name of my friends lawyer, he got off easy big time. But I can't reach him at the moment.


And yes, good luck. How much time you have untill your court date.

The court date is July 23rd but i have 21 days to reply to either plea not guilty or pay the fine. I have to go to court in US District Court in Alexandria because of where I got pulled over. The offense is not that serious its more of a principle thing and I want a lawyers opinion on the matter.

I use a very good lawyer who works right next to the fairfax county courthouse. If anyone has to go to fairfax courthouse use this guy he is friends with the commenwealth attorney and got my sentence dropped from reckless to a normal speeding ticket. Here is his contact info.

Since both myself and my wife had traffice court on the same day his charged us $750, but normally he charges $500 per person.


That is about the same rate most lawyers charge for traffic court.
