View Full Version : which version engine for swap? mc2 04-21-2004, 05:10 PM hi, i was wondering if someone coudl tell me which version engine would be most practical in terms of bank for your buck to swap into an impreza L. i have a budget of about 9000 for everything not including the body of the car. Fastest would be JDM v7 or v8 or USDM STI, but even the old ej20gs you mentioned are fast with just a couple mods.
