I just reset my ECU but my parking lights are blinking on and off.

Any idea what is causing it or how to get it to stop ?

Did you try hitting the hazard light switch just above the climate controls?

yup. Hazards aren't on, and lights are off. Still flashing. And I drove it 10 min to see if it just needed time.

Car Alarm???

There is a yellow sticker near the driverside headlight if you have the factory subaru keyless entry w/alarm. You just need to disarm it with the unlock button.
