Epyon, Pastrana is a one of the best motorcycle/motocross/freestyle riders out there right now. At some point last year, he decided that he really wanted to get into rallying, so he threw all his money and star weight around to get a full drive in a Vermont Sports Car PGT WRX for all 8 rounds of ProRally this year..

Oh, and I'm guess that the Evo is from his private collection.

He also used his connections with Alpinestars to get a testing session with Lovell in the Prodrive works car.

I was quite surprised, but Travis is really a nice guy.

Myself and Mykrrr were dogging him up at sno-drift (rally sluts!) When I met him I felt really bad about what I had said. He's not a bad driver, but you can definately tell he is a rookie. Very nice guy though.

I wasn't doggin' him. He's cool in my book Ben. :p

That EVO is probably VTCar's EVO and he paid for his PGT ride. VTCar didn't sponsor him for the season. Sobe & Puma are springing for that.

Good luck to him the rest of the season. Hopefully he runs the entire season and get some mainstream exposure for rally here in the States.

ya, what a weekend....hes drawn some controversy, but when it comes down to it, anyone bringing enthusiasm, exposure, and sponsor money into the sport is ok in my book!

awesome. it was great to see him racing the water camo subaru at ROTW. 4th place overall...not bad at all!

yes wtg Travis. 20 years old, has talent, for the most part a pretty good head on his shoulders, natural in front of camera and place 4th overall in just about his 1st rally.

Travis will help tons in getting rallying on the US map. Is that a good thing? I guess so.

Did you see Travis in the Race of Champions at the end of the WRC seasons? He rolled a rally Evo going head to head with Gronholm. Way outclassed. The car landed on the rubber and he drove it back to the pits. The Ralliart guys pry the door open to get him out he says, "it's a good car. I like it!" Both drivers were supposed to do another lap in a Peugeot but the organizers declined to have Travis continue smashing up equipment. Pretty amusing.
