Enjoy the scenery there, it's really beautiful. It should be a bit cool(like 40's at night and 60's-70's during the day). If only they had a rally a bit earlier in the summer(June or July). I'm jealous:o

January '91? Man, it's definitely nicer in August as opposed to the middle of winter. At least you'll get 15+ hours of light a day around that time.

When did it get dark in the winter up there, around 3:30-4?:lol: Fun, fun, fun.

I'm told its a good rally, very well done. I hear the nightlife in Jyvaskyla is the sux0r though.

Jyvaskyla is not known for their nightlife...best bet would be the capital(surprise, surprise). Helsinki can be good, but call ahead. If you want to chill and have a beer, stay in Jyvaskyla. As far as clubbing, forget it. They may have 1 or 2 "clubs", which double as daytime restaurants/buffets.
