I was just wondering if anybody knows what wheel and tire sizes would fit on my 1995 Impreza L. I'm going to get some new wheels soon (16 in.) and I just need to know offset and widths... Thanks!

I know its a 5x100 bolt pattern. Not sure about the offset. But it will be a fwd offset, like a 39 offset.

It's the same 53mm offset as the RS, my wife has a MY95 L. Your safe to use anything between 48mm-53mm.

Anything that will fit on an RS will fit on the L. Including tires - 205/55/16 or 195/60/15, etc. All of the Subaru's have the same bolt pattern. - Kris

I have a '98 OBS and put 15" Enkei Etorias on it. I got them for $65 each from Discount Tire. And yes, I measured the offset myself (the way Subaru measures it) and the wheels come out to be +48 even though the box says +40. They obviously measure offset differently. Also, if anyone wants to argue that as an aftermarket wheel maker, Enkei doesn't really know what fits Subies...guess what ... Enkei made the optional alloys for '97-'99 OBS and Legacy Outbacks. A guy from the OBS club found Enkei's name and logo stamped in the inside of his.

So, be different ... buy some Enkeis. I LOVE mine!
