Hovied 04-29-2004, 01:54 PM you can buy that 9 piece kit at any dealership for $205.00. Subaru had a price drop on it, the other prices on the cluster and e-brake are great though.... Just an FYI
RavSpec 04-29-2004, 03:02 PM hey, u are right. I just found out. Price changed. Thankx for the info.
Subi114 04-30-2004, 03:23 PM for the guage cluster will the temp guage still work? is this a true p&p or do you need other things to make it work? a dealer quoted me a price for this item but i'm not gonna say what it is. I'll pm you the price they offered and if you can beat it then I'll get it from you guys. Also can a miles transfer be done. So I can have my original miles on the new guage? just curious.
RavSpec 04-30-2004, 03:26 PM Hi Subie114:
The rear diff temp and outside temp will not work. You just have to cut two wires and that's about it. You can't transfer the miles over. It will start at zero. We can send you the instruction for installing this gauge since we have done it in many 02 to 03 wrx already.
we havent' receive your PM yet. I am sure if we can match it we will.
RavSpec.
Subi114 04-30-2004, 04:02 PM pm sent finally.. sorry for the delay
1stgearsyncro 04-30-2004, 04:32 PM Don't mean to take away from thread I just got my cluster off a member and I had the millage changed via a speedo shop I had it sent there and they overnighted it back w/ correct miles AND some sort of statement for 99$
PM me if you want info
Also, RavSpec is a GREAT vendor! Everyone buy from them! Get the 04 cluster looks SO sick :)
Sorry guys, tryin to help :)

WRXOwner7 05-05-2004, 09:45 PM What was the charge associated with changing over the mileage and is it certfied so that the mileage would correct according to car laws for future sales??
There is a way to make the temp sensors work but you need to by the sensors and install them and run the wires, I'm not sure how to do it, but I remember reading about it on here some place.
RavSpec 05-12-2004, 02:41 AM WRXOwner7:
We don't do the changing over on the mileage. I think some one on the fourm mention a shop that will do it for you.
Yes, you can make the temp sensor work, but there some wire harness and sensor you will need to purchase, but it's alot of work to be done.
zacincceo : thankx alot, always apprecaite the good comments.

That is the knob in the left corner of the cluster.....
you use it to adjust the rpm for the shift light...
and it adjusts the light on the cluster.....
RavSpec 06-28-2004, 12:00 PM Maicca - it's a shift light adjuster
jmj1112 - thanks for the info.
What do you mean by:
"STI Gauge Cluster (auto calibrate , roll back and forth when ignition is turn on)"
What does it calibrate? the speedo?
RavSpec 06-29-2004, 02:31 PM wm07 - That's right. the STi cluster is the one that roll back and forth on the speedo.
krazykorean 06-29-2004, 05:58 PM ok on the gauge cluster, I know it will plug into a wrx location, but what on the cluster wont work, Just the Temp sensor or am I missing something.
RavSpec 07-08-2004, 12:04 PM krazykorean - just the temp sensor won't work.
