Try SYMS SCOOBY at ebg@montana.com and see if you can still get a group buy price. Mine came in today! But, I don't wan't to install till my midpipe get's here.
Stromung had to weld up the flanges for the midpipe, and it appears Subaru made some changes midyear - so I had to get under the car and measure the bolt-bolt diameter for them (3 and 7/8").

You might want to consider Borla universal stainless muffler and custom catback from a muffler shop. Several on this board have found it to be an excellent system without spending too much. Check out this link, which includes pictures of two such setups. http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/Forum1/HTML/007979.html

You can also go with the Magnaflow Exhast and piping of any size you want from any reputable Muffler shop.
I have the muffler (which is a polished Stainless Steel Unit), Stainless Oval Tip and aluminized 2 1/4" piping from the cat-back. It cost me only $264.00 with all labor done. I can say that I am very pleased with this setup.
When I get pictures I will post them.

Mike,
I couldn't figure out how to post the pics of my Borla.
This thing is great, it's a universal muffler with 2..3" tips DTM style.
Looks, fits and SOUNDS great, it wasn't expensive at all, i got the muffler and a guy to bend me a 2 1/4" pipe for just over 400 bones. If you have a friend at a muffler shop.....bout 200 bucks...
Someone tell me how to post a pick here and i'll show you. (cut and paste didn't work)

Just letting you know...
The Stromung isn't stainless steel unless you purchase it that way. The Stromung stainless steel dual tip (the best one) costs almost $500...WITHOUT CATBACK PIPING!
Is 1 or 2 horses worth that much? I don't think so.
Several other companies make full catbacks. Borla makes one but it's not stainless steel. Tanabe makes a stainless steel one. Rallispec's is stainless steel. Apex'i makes the N1 but it isn't stainless. And Blitz has a catback too.
Many people have gone with the "make your own catback" idea-they buy a fairly cheap universal muffler (the Borla one is popular, so is the Magnaflow and the STi) and have the piping custom made. Problem with that is that it takes a while and you can't blame the manufacturer if something goes wrong.
Good luck in your search.

I agree that spending $300 to $600 for an Exhast that only gains you 2 HP is not worth that much thought.
I have the Magnaflow (which is Stainless) and will later have the piping from the Cats to the muffler made in Stainless Steel (right now it is aluminized 2 1/4")
As for warrenty of the Exhast??? Well if you go to a "reputable" muffler shop, then most likely they will guarentee the work done. When I had my Exhast done, they welded the back mount tabs wrong on the muffler (they did it right along the back...ruining the polished face....all I had to do was go back and they replaced the muffler and did the job done right....at no extra cost to me.
The whole installation took about 1-hour to complete (if done right).
Just my $.02

As for my Borla system, it took less than one day to get the muffler, and one hour to bend and install custom 2.25" piping. Cost $90 for the piping. Muffler can be had for around $72 at carparts.com. Warrantee for 1 year on the piping. Lifetime on the muffler. You can see the pictures here: http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/Forum1/HTML/007979.html It's the second set of pictures in the post.
