Unfortunately the Subaru coolant I ordered leaked (and leaked onto the air filter, gas filter, and brake pads I also ordered.)
Can anyone recommend a safe compatible coolant for the subie radiators that can be found at Kragens or Autozone?
Thanks!!

Any brand coolant would be fine as long asa its the green stuff. You can buy a bunch of different brands at autozone, like Prestone, Zerex, store brand, whatever its all the same stuff inside, nothing special is needed in subies., just dont forget to mix it 50/50 with water

The coolant FAQ has an answer, but that's a lot of reading. (You really should read it all, it's informative.)
Since you are strapped for time at the moment, the general consensus is to NOT but "regular" antifreeze such as traditional green Prestone, as it contains silicates.
Many advocate what you had leak all over your other parts - silicate free "conventional" antifreeze.
Many also use the "long life" coolants, many if not all (check the label) are silicate as well as phosphate free. (Although phosphates won't hurt our systems)
Some say you can just use it with no special precautions - others say that you should flush the **** out of it to make sure you don't mix the two, and others say don't.
Some GM owners say that long life stuff is bad even in cars that have never had conventional antifreeze in it.
A sub-set of the second group say a general flush is OK.
If you change it every 1,2, or three years and don't go the "5-years" that it says you can on the bottle, you're probably OK with the long life coolant, IMO.
Sorry, my "short answer" got long as I rambled on.
