Is it ok if we have the BAM Beatdown next weekend
It is most appropriate and easiest for everyone next weekend. At least that's what most people have told me

Imprezer and I can't come this weekend and people would make special trips to get there

I vote next weekend, is that ok with everyone else? That way we can make it on the sunday at 12:00 or something

Weekends are preferable, I don't like driving to SF at all, let alone on weekdays.

It's been my experience that when planning a gathering with a large group someone will *alawys* "not be able to make it". I would think that the best thing to do is pick a date and stick to it.
