Havent tried this stuff yet?? why not!!!
GrillCraft is an excellent source of protection for your vehicle!
Some of the Key points:
**Steel, not aluminum - very rigid
**Pre-cut to fit flush with your vehicle's dimensions
**Powdercoated! Not painted! Very durable, resists chipping, rusting
**Functional!! Works to protect your condensor, radiator, intercooler
**and looks great!!**

Question......

For the condensor, does this grill have to sit flush with the opening or can it be recessed back a bit?

it's designed to sit flush, but you may be able to wiggle it back a tick if you want to... just keep in mind that these guards to not flex really well ;) they're designed to be STIFF and PROTECT

cheers :)

i have the hoodscoop grill, it is amazing. You have to dremel a bit on the verticle supports for it to sit flush. i get the SMALLEST bugs if any at all on my intercooler. I had 2 little flies on my ic after at least 4 months. -just a review for a great item

thank you!
and i have to agree, even on the race car in all the mountain areas (bugs), with all the dirt and dust...

the guards do a fantastic job, yet allow more than enough air in to keep the car cooooool :)

oh i dont know about that

for Grillcraft to manufacture it, there would have to be a huge interest... no worth the R&D if they dont have a large market

I would love to have one of these for the lower grill on my STi. Guess I'll just have to wait. :(
