Here is one of our lips to give you an idea of what they are. Again, they are the GReddy Gracer lip.
RE: Aerosim; I have no idea what they are selling. If they are at $260 shipped; we are around $244~$264 shipped for unpainted lips. They are just evening their shipping cost out and going a bit high. <shrug>
Thanks to our customer for allowing us to post his pics after he got the lip on his car. We just did this Java Black Pearl lip for them; they came and got it at our last Quantum Meet.

I believe it's right around 2".
As you can see from the quotes so far, we are in Ohio, so California is around $35 and more local stuff on the eastern side of U.S. is $16. Where you are in the USA will determine where in that range. So, Californian customers are around $35, etc.
$244 over towards the east and $264 for the west; approximately.
