yes they do.. the lip comes up about half way up the side of the bumper cover

it comes with the necessary mounting hardware. and uses most of the factory holes.


Texas, sorry to hear about your lip :( it did look pretty sweet

YTeah the Greddy lip is badass... it is VERY stout and can take an ass kicking... mine broke because I pulled too far forward on a parking berm that had one of its bolts sticking up just enough to break the corner off of the lip when I backed up... once that chunk was gone, the lip lost its structural integrity and broke apart.

But rest assured, the Greddy product is nearly undestructible through daily use so long as no chunks are taken out. I had bounced mine off of the ground several hundred times and all it suffered was scratching from that... I would buy a new one, but I may be doing a FULL STi or Legacy GT swap in October (full as in.. trade in)... :D
