Looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment in the tempe or chandler area. Cheaper is better but a safe neighborhood would be a definte plus. Any suggestions or advice?

Canyon View is nice. Not too cheap, bit hidden away from most would be thieves and all include attached garage. I'm in a 1200 square ft 2 br, 2 bath for $950. I think the 1 br is under $800. 48th st & Baseline. 602-438-0406 Mention me if you check it out.

I had looked at Signature Place off priest and Elliot in Tempe a while back. They had a special previously for a 1 bd/bth with garage for $670.

My friends live off of the US60 and Mill (Tempe area).. I believe they pay $800 or so for a two bed/2 bath with electric, water, trash paid... I think it's called "saddle club" or something.
