too me less than 3 hours to complete with myself and no help. fairly easy and strait forward. need WD-40, that is a must. i also bought kartboy extra long hangers, but the you must use factory rubber ones on the mid-pipe or else the axle-back pipe and mid-pipe will not match up.
quality of the product is apex so you can't expect it to be bad.
overall: since this is a 50-state legal exhaust you can't expect too much. the exhaust note is more pronounced, but with my aps intake it drowns out the exhaust notes. acceleration is some what smoother and it you fell the pull all the way toward 7,000 RPM now versus the stock where you feel nothing between 6-7,000 RPM.
hopefully when i install my up-pipe and get my standalone in and tuned with the PDE down-pipe i will notice some more gains.
for $475 something from ferdie @ southcoast subaru, i can't complaint too much about this product.
hope this helps you guys.
