My friend has a brand new STI V-limited lip for 2004+ that he got for someone else, but then got stuck with. It's in-stock ready for pickup in so-cal. PM me if you're interested, and I'll put you in touch with him.
He also has a similar STI lip for the 2002-2003 cars, but I'm not up on the details of that piece, and I'm not sure how much he wants for it.
