I need some info on the below two exhaust manifolds/headers, searched the forum and read the shootout help a while back, but did not have the info i was searching for.

HKS exhaust manifold

Fujitsubo exhaust manifold

designs are different, HKS is a 4-1 with possible equal length and the Fujitsubo is 4-2-1. which one is better? and why?? (heard equal length makes the boxer engine sound like the hondas)

can't find the quality of the build or dyno sheets for the HKS. does anyone have a link or a have this on your car?

*IMPORTANT QUESTION* will any up-pipe bolt onto these two items??

i have the crucial racing up-piping waiting to be installed.

are the OEM WRX exhaust manifolds 4-1 or 4-2-1? and are they equal length or unequal??

There's a review of all the major headers somewhere in the 2.0 liter forum, under "Looking to do a header comparison." Regardless of how much power it could provide, I couldn't get a header that takes away the boxer sound.

The stock manifold is basically 4-2-1. Not the best design for flow, but I believe it to be the best option for the stock turbo...still.

yah, i read that thread, all 25 some odd pages, and it helped some what, but not what i was looking for. the graph was cool, but you wouldn't distinguish between each of the manifolds tested. unless there is another one that i missed during my search.

That's the one, given the fact that the boost was different for just about every header, you can't make a direct comparison based on the graphs (that is, if you could tell which was which). All headers provide marginal gains over the stocker, so just get a cheap one.
