My car makes this mad sqealing noise if i cut on the a/c before i've driven much to warm it up? (I'm at 66k) Does this mean i need a new fan belt and any opinions on the aftermarket belts? Thanks.

The AC belt may just be a bit loose. Check it and adjust it if necessary, it's easy to do with basic tools (wrenches). Examine the underside (ribbed part) of the belt for cracks, if you see a lot of cracks or the belt looks very shiny from slipping then it should be replaced. The official service interval for the belts is 100K but if they are allowed to slip they aren't going to last that long.
