I'm installing my exhaust hangers and having trouble with the left one closest to the exhaust tip...it looks like a bolt holding the hanger up with the head on the right side and a nut on the left but the nut seems connected or molded on to the metal piece...is there a trick to getting this off? the bolt head is starting to strip and i sprayed layers of wd40 and pb blaster...thx in advance

Using a socket or wrench of the right size ?
An crescent wrench is a bad idea. You could use vice grip if you've already boogered the bolt head. The nut is welded to the flange. Righty tightly lefty loosey.
