i have an 04 sti and since the stock injectors, pump, and whatnot are close to maxxed out @ moderate hp increases i am planning on upgrading those components.
my question is, which of the following can i do on stock ecu, if any?
fuel pump
fpr
modded injectors

the reason i ask is because utec is backordered everywhere and it's a tough pill to swallow buying all the items at once.

You almost have to wait for the UTEC...upgrading without it will only lead to problems. Be patient!

Wait for the UTEC or buy the fuel up grade parts but don't install them without the UTEC. Have you checked with WWW.PDXTuning.com? They may have UTEC's available.

I would have thought a new fuel pump is fine without EM (someone correct me if I am wrong), but definately not injectors. But still I agree you should just wait on EM before installing as you won't see any gains without EM.

i will definitely wait on the injectors.
thanks for the help thus far

You will be fine installing the fuel pump, and you can install the FPR too just don't adjust it much on the stock ECU, try and keep the pressure somewhat stock until the UTEC gets here.
