Hey everyone.. last night my buddy noticed his sti wasnt boosting as high as it use to be and that he has a louder wistle from possible the turbo... and his bov sounded like it was fluttering after it blew off.. and the same sound but not as loud was coming from the intake (Maybe thats just normal). We than noticed some oil leaking from one of the lower intercooler pipes(he has a front mount). So Im like shat maybe we filled it up on oil a bit to much seeing how we just changed the oil the night before.. sure enough we were a little high.. so i drained some oil out... now its still making the same sound.. But we havent cleaned out the piping so im not sure if its leaking anymore or not. Would could be wrong here

His mods are: Greddy FMIC, TXS TBE, TXS Intake, HKS BOV

One last thing I forgot is when we were going on our trip it wasnt acting up.. He was thinking it happend right after he adjusted his BOV while we were in chicago. And than out of the blue he noticed all this happening.

Update*** I guess the boost is fine after draining some oil.... but the whistle is still there

if he adjusted the bov tension too tight, its surging...

Yeah it does! But hes been trying it at diffrent settings and its still does the same thing. But would that even cause the whistle
