Hi all, just want to know what's the right size of tires should I get for a 18" wheel for my 2004 wrx sport wagon. The recommened size is 225/40/18. however, I'm running on oem suspension. I don't want to get any rubbing on the tires. Or should I stick with the factory size 17'' rims with 215/45/17. Please help!

I have no rubs with 225/40/18 on my wagon.
I'm also running whiteline coils, Koni shocks, and a whiteline swaybar, but even when I ran the wheels with the stock suspension I had no issues.

18" will look better and wont rub.. you are on stock suspension which means you havent lowered it which means... no rubbing... and yes that is the proper tire size 225/40/18

what rim dimensions are you guys running... and what brand tire?

i've always recommended 215/40/18 for the wagon folks.
