I am shopping for a set of every day driver 3 season tires.

1. Sidewalls must be stiff. I want a tire that communicates with the road. After driving on wimpy Ecsta 712's, Hankook K104's I am sick of jello sidewalls.

2. Target price is $120 or less per corner.

3. I don't want something that will wear out in 5000 miles. Suggestions for Azenis Sports will be ignored. Yes I own a set and they're great, but I am shopping for daily driver tires that will go 20k miles, not weekend fun tires.

Currently leaning towards BFGoodrich KDW-1 or KDW-2s, but only if they can be had for under $120. Vendors: make an offer and we'll talk.

Take a look at the Falken Azenis ST115s. They are what I replaced my S-03s with and couldn't be happier. They grip very well (wet/dry), have a harder compound (great for my high mileage), and they are dirt cheap (~$110/ corner).

Thanks, I'll check that out.
