What is the best way to get a wire or couple of wires into the drivers side of the passenger area? I looked into it this morning and found most of the wires are going through the fender..
What is the best way to get this done? I am wiring up a switch for my IC spray kit and I need to run a couple of wires inside to it. I don't want to cheese it so I am looking for the best way.
Thanks
Russ

There is a pass-through hole with a grommet located on the firewall below the brake booster and IC. Inside the car it can be accessed by pulling up the carpet and insulation behind the clutch and brake pedals, you'll see a round popout in the insulation and it's under that. The grommet is installed so that to remove it the first time it has to be pushed from the inside into the engine compartment, so be prepared to retrieve it. You can then punch through it, re-install and run your wires.

Here's one. Mulder might have pointed out another one that is much lower & is not visible from the top.

Yep, that's a different one. The one pictured is a bit more difficult to access from inside the car.

if you're a clean-freak like me and want everything all nice and tiddy, you might want to remove the I/C for better access... and put all your wires in a plastic tube... and re-seal the hole in the firewall with the stock rubber plug :)
