So I bought my 04 wrx in March of this year from 21 Bell subaru, took it in today because the trunk release no longer worked and my alarm no longer chirps when I arm or disarm it, and yes I know you can turn it on and off which is what they kept telling me before they figured out that it's just broken. Anyway figured I'd get an oil change at the same time, well I got my car back and the front passenger seat was tilted all the way forward, so I put it back into place and notice the side of my passenger seat looks all worn like someone took a piece of velcro to it :mad: , so I tell the service manager and he says, " uh are you sure the light didn't just hit it a certain way and you just noticed it now", NO, it wasn't like that this morning when I dropped it off, " well I don't know what to tell you, it must have just been from people getting in and out of the car" :furious: , now I'm pissed because this guy is not helping me here at all and it's clearly their fault since I dropped it off this morning and the seat was fine and I mostly drive alone and my driver's side seat is fine, and the seat had been moved which proves they were doing something on that side of the car, talked to the general manager and he says the same thing, except he tells me to take a razor and just shave it off! :furious: , I don't know about you guys but when I drop my car off for SERVICE I expect to get my car back in, at the very least, the same if not better condition , depending on the service of course. Oh and my friend was looking at a used car there and the guy wouldn't budge $1 on the price, my friend told him he's not interested if the he wasn't willing to work with him on the car and the salesmane says "fine I don't think you were serious about getting the car anyway, GET LOST"...Needless to say I will never ever ever go to 21 Bell for anything again, well after they replace my alarm since they already ordered it.. oh and 2 new scratches on my passenger side door as well :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious:

Here we go again with Pitre or die. I'll say it again. I bought from Camelback because I got a better deal. More for my trade, less for the WRX. Period. The numbers don't lie. I beat on Dave and those guys three separate times until I was blue in face, but they just wouldn't give me what I deserved for my trade.

I bought my car at 21 bell but thats about it they had different managment there at the time and better sales guys i got a great deal but thats about all never been there again

Kastle said Pitre a long time ago...I paid attention and decided to go there for my RS. I didn't know at the time that Dave Revere was THE MAN but, I bought from him. I had an excellent experience, he knows me by name, he is very friendly and sweet and knows his stuff to boot. I would go to him even if I didn't want another Suby because of that experience!!! I went to 21Bell for a warranty thing that I couldn't get to Pitre for and they were totally unprofessional and even rude...I couldnt drive my car because my battery was ruined and they wouldn't help me....I will never darken their lot again!
