So my Impregacy project may make a turn for the better. With the decision to out a 5 speed in it I was told that my fiancee now refuses to drive it. So we discussed what should be done with it. SHE suggested I go all out and make it my Toy car

So, I would assume this would be an open class car (94 Impreza with 91 Legacy turbo drivetrain) correct? This means I need to get a new rulebook and start talking to autosport about getting a cage made

Yep, any car with a different motor than stock, is registered as a 'open' rally car. Open class is really 'open' to mostly any mods. Put a cage in, some mods, and have a blast. Oh, and I think www.scca.org has a downloadable rulebook. Have fun.

Yeah.

I know it would be outclassed very easily. But I could give a **** less about points. I just want to have fun.

Forgot.
I'll have to check into the online rulebook.
And maybe re-instate my SCCA membership. It's only slightly expired

Sell the car and buy a used rally prepped Group 2 Golf for the same price, you will automatically have a faster and more competitive car for the same price...

Dibs on co-driving ben. :D

That's what the Fridge will eventually become. Something that I can club rally. I don't care if I'm competitive, I just want to check that off my list of "to do's"

Will Hodges sponsor me??? :D Team old skool???

Hey,

It only took us four hours to pull the engine/trans. And we only had to remove part of the front end.
