Fixed by the great guys at Rallitek with a simple twist of the screw, the idle speed control valve was out of adjustment.

Have you checked the ISC? Goop up in there makes it run rough.

make sure plugs and wires are seated. Check the plugs for abnormal wear, Check the coil pack terminals for corrosion. When was the last full tune up?
