I am trying to install my accessport, but the green test connectors were already installed and the car does not go into diagnostic mode...cannot reflash.


I hear there are other connectors in the passenger side.

Please tell me where to find these connectors.

They are on the driver side underneath the dash. Get a flashlight and crawl underneath your dash and they should be to the left of the steering column. Plug them together then do your reflash

The green ones under the steering column were already connected, probably from when Subaru pulled a CEL for me a month ago.

If these were already connected, there must be an open somewhere else? right?

They should not have been left connected. Not sure what happens if you leave them connected.

look again. there are a set of plugs for the alarm up there that can be plugged together and look simular.

Look again...harder and higher up in there.
