About a month and a half ago, I did a search for Kartboy stuff and Luke's shop came up. I sent him a PM. He answered he didn't have the stuff but would let me know when he'd have some available.

Luke followed through. He PM'd me last Friday!!! Today, I got my s/s and bushes. Totally effortless experience, super fast shipping and the stuff's at home waiting for me to pick the wrenches up. Brand new in a box. Got to love it.

couldn't have said it better myself! He even chats on AIM with you just to say HI! Not even a sales pitch during the whole conversation... sheesh!! :) Seriously, been dealing with alot of vendors here on Nasioc and he's the only one willing to add that personal touch to each and every transaction. Made 2 big transactions with him (2 set of BF gauges) and it's been smooth all the way to delivery. A+++!!

Great guy, havnt bought anything from him but done alot of talking with him and defenitely did his best.

No experience with him buying vendor items, but a flake at private sales. he posts using his vendor name:

1) pm's me about something i'm selling. i write back, no reply, write back again, not so much as a 'sorry not interested anymore'.
2) i ask to buy a UTEC posted in private 'for sale' ... says he'll get back to me about extra parts although i already offered to buy without... no reply, pm again no reply.

not someone i would go to for anything else i'm looking for. at least post in private sales with another screenname so they can write you off as a noob.

I'm in the same boat with you on this one. I was to buy a used turboxs turbobackw/magnaflow, up pipe, BOV, from him. . . . That then turned into a used turboxs turbobackw/magnaflow and BOV. In the end it wound up that it was in fact a SPT exhaust. . .

I can understand where luke was coming from in this, he was attempting to help a customer out and get rid of some stuff for him, but by not having the product in hand at the time he was attempting to sell it he misrepresented what he was selling. . . And this is the result.

Would I do buisness with him again? Nope.

I had been warned to stay away from him once and I should have taken that advice.

I saw their thread of items for sale, so I PM'd them for a price. They got back to me with a price cheaper than anyone else (on the first try!) The items wasn't on their website, so I sent another PM for notification. Ten minutes later, I get a PM telling me that the item is now on their website. In summary, 4 PM's answered and an item added to their website in less than 30 minutes....on a Saturday.

My hat goes off to Luke @ Strictly Driven. One of the best customer service people around, I ordered my Defi BF Amber gauges from him and always received updates without even asking. Great prices, always available to answer question. What more could one ask for.

To top it off, Luke sent out my gauges Fedex Express free of charge and were scheduled for tomorrow (Fri.) yet they got dropped off a day early (Thur.) :disco:

Overall experience has been great, will continue to buy from this vendor in the future. I do already have more parts in mind, I am sure Luke will get me taken care of ;).

I bought an exhuast from strictlydriven com last week. Haven't heard anything at all about my order and cannot get in touch with Luke at all (email, phone, websites etc.). Is he always this bad about communicating with customers? I've been charged for my exhuast and would like to have some information about my purchase. Frustrated customer! Anyone else have problems like this from strictlydriven???
