Anybody know how much the wrx engine, tranny, and rear diff weigh?

Or how too find out.

Prob about 750-1000 lbs, but that's just a guess.

I'll guess the engine weighs about 350 and tranny and diff about 150. I'd say closer to 500-600.

Any other guestimations? You'll have to let us know when you weigh them to ship out.

The longblock is about 200 IIRC, so with all the accessories and turbo 300 to 350 is probably a good guess.

I can carry a tranny around so I'd guess about 100. The diff maybe 50 to 75.

If you don't have a scale big enough to weigh it, you could throw them all in the back of your truck and get it weighed at the dump. Then get it weighed empty.
