Well in the age of the 500hp STI this might not sound like a lot but i am pretty satifised........
well the base line was 247hp and 253ftlbs @19.5psi if i recall and was det. bad after about 20 pulls on the dyno Steve got the car settled down and making good safe power AFR were solid 11:1 and she laid down 287.7hp@5500
and 304.2 ftlbs @3750. on a mild tune of pump 93 @18psi... he said on a cold block it would be more like 300ish hp and bout 310-315ftlbs (which is more than likely right with 20 plus pulls and 94deg Texas heat.) with that said we could have pushed the boost some more closer to 20 but on 18 the car ran like a top and has 300 ftlbs from 3500 to 4800 nice flat broad cure over all i was impressed with the numbers and the service FIS gave me.
props to FIS and Steve Lockhead for running a bang up shop.

txs utec, txs tbe cattless, mod injectors, xx tunning header+ up pipe, txs/perrin intake, VF-22/1820 deadbolt job with the works, stock tmic.

ive seen higher #'s w/ stock turbo, catless TBE, and UTEC. i wonder if ur hybrid doesnt wake up unil after 20psi or so.
do u know when ur turbo will start to shine?

really depends on the dyno. i laid down 316whp on the stock turbo but i am sure it be way less on a monica dyno.

ya the car was hott as hell we sprayed the ic with water and it was steaming pretty bad. but like i said i think with some coller temps and round 20 21 lbs of boost it will start to make some real power but this toqure cure is insane flat as hell and just pulls like crazy... but time will tell....

What do stock STi's put down of their dyno?

im not real sure i think he said like 230ish


ya spool is very nice i coming on boost 2850-2900 pretty strong lag is a no issue full boost easily at 2950-3000 i was not lookin for huge numbers but i will go back and try a map round 20-21psi just to see what she will do.

again i must say props to FIS there a great shop. and good people.
