hay guys, does anyone knoe where i can get new bulbs for my hids on my sti. how much do yah think?

They are industry-standard D2R bulbs. Retail is probably around $100 apiece but you might do better if you look around.
Why do you need new bulbs anyway, they shouldn't be burning out already as HID bulbs have a rated life of around 2500 hours which is many years of use. If you are thinking of changing from the OEM 4100K bulbs to a higher color temp, be aware that the usable light output of higher temp bulbs will be less.

may be he is looking for something for higher color temp replacment. If thats the case, personally I won't get anything higher than 6000K, anything higher will be too blue and it actually hurtting the visibility.

Anything higher than about 4100k will hurt visibility, as stated by Mulder above.
