Yep...it was on the way to Estes Park on 36. I was trying to catch up to the rest of the group but I didn't stop, I'm pretty sure he was instantly sent to fox heaven. It ran across the road, I slammed on my brakes from about 85-90 down to 60, and my right fog light and bumper hit the rear 3/4 of it's body. Sent a pretty heavy jolt through the car but no damage. Swerving to avoid it would have meant slipping off a 1000 foot drop. Sux. I hate when that happens :mad:

I have Sam's problem. I'm not a bar guy.... mixed gender situations are hard to come by. All my friends are guys, most of them drive Subies. The few girls I know don't know any other girls.... they're the ones who also drive subies.

it depends on what you are volunteering for.. if you are talking habitat for humanity type stuff... bring similar stuff to what you work on your car in... or, old jeans/shorts/sweats you don't mind getting dirty/ruined and an old t-shirt (I'm assuming you have at least one outfit that might fall in this catagory??)


everyone assumes volunteering means working in a soup kitchen or planting trees... there's a million things you can do, from being a big brother/big sister... to once a year helping out in areas for the holidays... to being a tutor for adults or children... even volunteering to teach auto mechanics type things at your local boys and girls club... ;)


anyway... if it's not your thing, it's not your thing... I'm not a fair example, I was literally named the most outstanding student in the entire state of minnesota for my community service and student leadership skills... (read: bossy, bleeding heart, nerd) :lol:
