For the first time that I can recall, SIA has posted a summary of its weekly production on its web site, http://www.subaru-sia.com/news/release/Weekly_Production04.pdf. The differences between actual vs. scheduled YTD numbers are remarkably small. I guess that indicates the plant is well-run.

We are still trying to fill our lot. I think they said we only have 4 days of cars on our lot. We are working 9.5 hours a day so far and they predict that for the rest of the year.

I am assuming this is a good thing?? Does this mean you are barely getting enough cars to sell? Demand is higher than supply??
