The Adirondack trademark application from SOA has died. The USPTO sent a notice to that effect yesterday to SOA (see http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=76004087). Adirondack was one of the applications SOA filed prior to deciding on the name Baja. Too many syllables - RIP.

Boulder, another application filed at roughly the same time, is still alive, though.
