Has anyone ever used one of these devises that make the air flow better?
I think it was called the tornado or something like that
but it was circular, with metal fins that would fit into the piping.

it's been proven that the tornado and similar products are full of crap and don't work or have any real benefit to them.

The WRX has a mechanism that "swirls" the air right before the fuel injectors, but it's only engaged when it helps and it's a lot deeper into the intake system than the Tornado. Basically, by the time the "twirling" air reaches the injectors, it's not twirling. So, total waste of money.

For Most cars the tornado is a waste of money. A select few do benefit in gas mileage from it. All in all though it is pretty much a waste of money.

Haha. Judging by the reaction that most get when they ask a question about one of these things, you got off easy. Its a good thing you did not post this question in General Community. Seems like someone peed in thier oatmeal this weekend.. ;-)

and just imagine if it breaks up into the intake manifold and into engine.
