Well, it obviously can't be good.... but someone told me that I should do something about how my txs shorty bounces around because it could cause damage to the maf. He said he got to replace his because of that. Is this common at all to anyone else but him?

I have a shorty, I have had it for probably 6k miles and my car is fine. I know the bracket it comes with doesn't hold it very tightly, but not enough to be having it thrown around to damage anything (I think).

maf is easy to break by shocking it and its very expensive.

hmm. I had intended to make some sort of a heat shield around it anyway, So I'll probably try and make it more secure. Anything for 2hp..............

I'll also make sure I don't do anything to give it the shocker

I learned that by watching my bro break a few on his TTA...

Its also common for them to be junk after accidents.
