I was wondering if i put on a Helix Dp and mate it to my current cat back which is a Blitz Nur Spec will i experience boost creep? I have a feeling from everything i have read the answer will be yes.

IIRC the 05's are less prone to creep. Most have a different Exhaust housing housing (P18) than the 04's, this might help it flow a bit better. I am not 100% sure of this though. See here: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=606432

well i just talked to a guy at XX Tuning and he said if you do get boost creep they do not recomend you port the wastegate like every one says to do. He told me to get a Turbo XS Fuel Cut Defender...has any one else tried one of these?

i just installed a perrin catless dp w/ espelir axle back and i am spiking to 19lbs and have hit fuel cut...not sure the best route to go now...i was just gonna get utec and have it tuned since i plan on a turbo upgrade in the future...

wow is that ever bad advice.
I will have to call danny and ask if they are ACTUALLY telling people this.

Porting the wastegate is the only CORRECT solution to creep. You just have to do it right. If you do it wrong, you ruin your exh housing and lose boost

The UTEC will not stop creep. No tuning will. Its a mechanical problem caused by the shape of the wastegate inlet side.
