Good morning ladies and gentelmen.

I'm relatively new to the Bay Area. Can some one recomend a trusty repair shop that is not affraid to do a little performance work once in a while.

I would say no.

Maybe Gruppe-S or GB Motorsports/MPJ Performance in Hayward, there is also S Squared in Sacramento.

I'm going to go with MPJ. I've spoken to them on the phone and they agreed to put in a set of KONIs for $450 for all four. Santa Cruz Subaru won't even touch them, other guys wanted as much as $1100 for the job.

A question for GURUs: Would KONI adjustables work well with stock springs? The guys at MPJ recommended EIBACH to go with it.

If you can afford it, I would get springs with a stiffer spring rate. EIbachs would probably work very well.
