As most people on this board with a 2.5 RS, I too would like to turbo my baby. I am looking for people to post which setup/system they have, how much it costed (if you don't mind) and how you like it. Have you had problems with it? Has it screwed up your engine some how? Is it totally awesome and you've had not a thing wrong with it? Just share with me please. And make sure you tell me how much psi it runs and the name of the company which sold you the setup. thanks-

J&E piston and rod CAD$2000
Minnam Turbo kit stage 2 (Include Greddy gauge, ECU...) CAD$6000-8000
Custom exhaust and clucth CAD$1600
GAB adustiable shock with Kg/mm spring CAD$3000
labour around $4000
AND i was running about 0.6-0.8 bar
The reason why i got the J&E, it is because i blow my engine....
and i don't think it's worth to put a turbo on your 2.5RS
except u can install everything buy yourself!!!

I have a Minnam Stage 2 (Used) ACT Clutch, vortech FMU and I did the labor myself...
Total cost for the turbo and everything

My own labor- Free But expect to spend about $500-1000 on the install and tuning

Zenor Diode- $3
Upgraded Fasteners- $45
Vishniu 255 GPH Fuel Pump- $100 (used)
Shop Rental with lift- $50(military)

Sorry..forgot some info you wanted..
6.5 PSI...No problems except a small oil leak from the back of the oil pan..maybe 2 drips a nite...so nothing real serious.....Eats alittle more gas:D :D I have had a intermittant CE light..but seems the reset fixes that..( might be my front 02 sensor as I have yet to replace it....other than that...toooooooooo fun.....13.75@94.655Mph...C5 Vettes definately don't like you..hehehehe

I won't go through all this here (check out http://www.forcefed4.com/ for all the information and pictures about my turbo RS), but I'm totally happy with my car. It's been boosted for 2 years and 30K miles. Only major problem was failed head gaskets. Stock block and internals.
