Got into a minor accident the other day. Rolled my door past a chainlink fence post at about 3-5 mph. Took out the door, since been replaced. Bent my lateral link, in the process of fixing.

What I have also noticed was that it appears my ABS sensor wires have been ripped from the housing. There are only 2 wires, white/black that go right into the plastic housing. I am not sure how to open up the housing and re-attach the wires. Is this even possible? I may just have to buy another one?

Never looked at an ABS sensor out of the car, but if the housing is thin, it could be opened with a wheel-type tube cutter, smallest size works best. Try to cut as close as possible to the bracket, and just deep enough not to touch the mounting "neck". I opened up a failed crank sensor this way, and thought it could be repaired and re-assembled with epoxy, but didn't try because a new sensor was already in place.
