how much for front axles alone? (L&R)
also, the axles are exactly the same as a USDM regular wrx, right?

OK, I doubt that you intended this, but your screenname is VERY similar to another very well known vendor that has been around for quite a while, boxer4racing.com.

Not the same company correct?

FLAT4motorsports
10-04-2004, 10:36 PM
yes you are correct....I am not the same company....unfortunately we have similar names....but I'm sure that won't screw things up too much since his shop is also called Teagues Auto or something along those lines....I am located in Ontario Canada, and import export Japanese drivetrains only for now, ..... When I had registered the business name last year I had no idea of this but I had already spent all kinds on advertising, stickers, etc locally.......I'm sure things will work out

I NEED a tranny now and I was wondering exactly which of those parts that I would need to put in my 02 wrx wagon and the price on just those parts. I also know that I can get a drive shaft off of an auto wrx and a 3.9 r160 rear diff but I would rather have the r180 that you are selling. THANKS.

If you're talking about the GDB-E "New Impreza" that they have in Japan I'm familiar with it.

I've actually got a couple of parts being sent over... but I await your pics :)

Adrian is a great guy, even better parts. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Hard to find a truly stand up vendor sometimes. Thanks again for everything adrian.
Louis.
P.S. Congrats on finally getting vendor status.

Thanks Ben, I didn't see the prior post.

I think it is an unfortunate situation which will lead to confusion, at best.

Dale has worked long and hard to earn an excellent reputation for BOXER4racing and I sincerely hope that it is not tarnished by events beyond his control. Clearly this new company name WILL lead to confusion and it does not seem necessary that this situation exsist.

Soon2Bgreat...thanks for the kind words.....nice to here from you again!!! Next time your up here, come by and check out things and my buddies 2003 V-Limited!!!

Mid-life Turbo.....sorry to confuse matters, I reside in Canada and this causes me no confusion whatsoever........and as for this comment, I really don't get where your going although you are making perfect sense....

"Dale has worked long and hard to earn an excellent reputation for BOXER4racing and I sincerely hope that it is not tarnished by events beyond his control. Clearly this new company name WILL lead to confusion and it does not seem necessary that this situation exsist."

I am here to make an honest living helping fellow enthusiasts with their passion for Subaru, and to help them get the hard to get parts from Japan that most are not fortunate to have access to directly themselves......and by choosing this business name last year I was never worried the least bit since so many members here are educated and can read......I think that if it was a real problem, Nick would have told me this before I became a vendor...

sorry to cause any confusion for some of you. :)

I hope to make best with the best service I can

It wasn't you I was worried about. :)

You do not have your location listed in your profile, it consequently does not appear when you post. There is no way for a prospective customer to know that you are in Canada as opposed to... oh, lets say Marshall N.C. for example.
