I am known the world over for my leet photochop skilz... do not envy.

It seems the wiper relay is missing. It might help if you look at the wiring diagram. The one for rear wiper & washer on a wagon would do.

pretty sure I have the relay... don't know if its working or not. Need a voltmeter.

problem solved... wiper is rockin' out.

bad ground.

bad electrician.
