I've got a set of Hella 500s mounted on the bumper(V5) itself and I can see the light pattern "jiggle" whenever I go over bumps and uneven surfaces.
I'd like to know if the addition of Kartboy style mounts will prevent the lights from vibrating?

I started the same way with my ver4 bumper and ended up making a bracket that attaches to the bumper beam. I have zero jiggle. Just used some flat stock aluminum and a couple bolts - fit like a charm and secure as the bumper!

Yes, the kartboy brackets should fix that probelm. as log as its not the bumper shacking it will be fixed.

Putting a small/thin rubber washer between the mount and the light can help too.
