do you have comp/col insurance on this??

has it been aligned (if so do you have specs?)

were all the extras (like the coilovers) added after the crash?

yes it is aligned as recently as a week ago when i put on the gramlights. when i bought the car it was stock, so all parts were added after i owned it.

so how about the insurance (i know people usually dont have insurance on salvaged vehicles...im just curious)?

why are you selling it? have you noticed any irregularities while driving it, perhaps due to the frame damage?

it drives great, tracks well, and has even tire wear. the guys that bought the car only do subaru salvage, plus i have/had pics of the car and the damage was somewhat minimal. i am selling it because i have major debts ( and i blew the tranny and have to do a rebuilt, which will put me over the edge as far as my budget, plus i want an ae86)

howd that happen?? I'm not sure I understand, is it still broken? I know wrx tranny's are infamous, but the whole trans is just kaput? crazy...

your car DOES look really nice...I think i'm just too concerned about the details of buying a salvage (namely insurance)

yeah i understand i was too but if anything i took the risk you know. i was worried that the car would have been problems and i havent had a single thing go wrong besides the tranny go bad on me. it does need a rebuild but i will do that before i sell it or i will lower the price and someone can take it as is. yes wrx trannys are bad but if you dont beat the crap out of em theyll last. as for insurance i am full coverage but i dont know if salvage affects it?

do you have a new tranny in this yet?

also, i really hate to snoop but, did you figure all this out? http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=619732

i'm assuming the car will be sold fully repaired/trouble free, right? did you ever replace the stock boost solenoid?

just in case people are worried about buying a salvaged car or the ability to secure financing. Banks will give you a loan for a salvaged title, it will just be low blue book. So, its really not that bad.

yes but you can't get full coverage on it. only liability.

naylor did you sell your rs?

Naylor
