I'm moving to Germany in a few months and I'm gonna be buying a 2005 STi. Can someone tell me the differences between the EDM STi and USDM STi, please? I've been searching for a little while but I keep getting frustrated with all the crap that comes up when you type STi. Thanks in advance!

Probably the biggest difference is the engine, in the EDM youll get the EJ207

personally, if you plan on modding your call at all i would go with the USDM. the USDM STI 2.5 is an awesome modding platform with a LOT of possibility. in my opinion, second only to the EJ22.

pick up an s202. search for posts by chronic on what his ride used to be b4 the part out. the RA engine holds its own despite the lower displacement.

but remeber that gas costs 4x as much in europe.
