For those of you wondering where this system ranks on the volume scale, it is more quiet than the HKS Hiper or Carbon, yet louder than a greddy EVO. It truly is about a 5 on a scale of 10 on a catless WRX where a EVO is a 3 and a HKS is a 7. It needs to be noted that the Espelir JGT500R is louder on STi, than on a WRX. On an STI its much closer to the volume of the HKS system, and sounds even more menacing.
The system is made from 100% full stainless steal where as the HKS Hiper is not. The full stainless steel and high quality welds are charactertistic of a system that is much more espensive, and is most comparable in quality to the invidia system. The wonderful thing is that these system is no where near the invidia in price.
The style of the can and tip is truly unique and very JDM. Espelir owners quickly find out that when you pair this cat back with one of the downpipes on the market that are of equal quality you can have a full stainless turbo back for a price that was previously not attainable.
